LogMeIn has just revealed the results of a new study conducted with Forrester Consulting which establishes the link between multiple customer relationship strategies and a company's commercial success. This study entitled “ Creating competitive advantage through customer engagement and AI ” was conducted among 479 global decision-makers in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Buy Bulk SMS Service Zealand and India to to collect habits regarding customer engagement. The results show that companies with a more mature customer relationship strategy, particularly those that consider it a strategic priority, along with omnichannel and Artificial Intelligence (AI), see their revenues and conversion rates double, compared to other companies. The results also show that the more mature companies are on these subjects, the more they widen the gap with those who have not deployed the same resources . The latter also risk never being able to catch up with their better-prepared competitors...
